In general, orders placed Monday -Friday (except on Holidays), before 12:00 noon
MST will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 MST will be shipped
the following business day. We do not ship orders on the weekends. Shipping
charges are calculated based on order weight and the destination address. Fast

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are
unsatisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email for return
authorization. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 30
days after purchase. No returns will be made for any item after 30 days.
The following items CANNOT be returned:
EDIBLE FOOD PRODUCTS, DECORATIVE DRAGEES, and any SPECIAL ORDER. Wedding Cake
Toppers are non-refundable.
Upon receiving a return item from you, we will credit your account for the
amount of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit for the shipping
charges. Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow 7 business
days for us to process the credit to your account. Keep in mind, depending on
the credit card company, the credit may not show up on your account until the

Your Imagination account. Your account can be updated as needed to include
additional information and a detailed profile.
