Shipping & Delivery
In general, orders placed Monday -Friday (except on Holidays), before 12:00 noon MST will be shipped the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 MST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on the weekends. Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and the destination address. Fast and affordable delivery to every address in the United States (Use for PO Box addresses). Delivers within 3-5 business days.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by phone or email for return authorization. You may return products that are unused and unopened up to 30 days after purchase. No returns will be made for any item after 30 days.

EDIBLE FOOD PRODUCTS, DECORATIVE DRAGEES, and any SPECIAL ORDER. Wedding Cake Toppers are non-refundable.

Upon receiving a return item from you, we will credit your account for the amount of the item(s). Unfortunately, we cannot offer a credit for the shipping charges. Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow 7 business days for us to process the credit to your account. Keep in mind, depending on the credit card company, the credit may not show up on your account until the next billing cycle. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding this matter.

All orders where the customer has provided us with a valid email address will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that contains a link directly to the shipping service that was used and provides for direct tracking of your order by following the link provided in your email.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number for USPS shipments. In order to track your order, simply follow the link found in your shipping confirmation email and enter the tracking number as provided

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Bake Your Imagination is a retail only website and we do not sell wholesale. We are unable provide the names of our suppliers.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes, we accept any custom orders. Twinkle® designers not only created our original collection of products, we can also customize designs to suit your needs. We have a BRC,HACCP and CGMP certified 140,000 sq. ft. factory located in The Guang Dong province, equipped with 1000 trained employees to manufacture and package our high-quality merchandise. Q: How can I be sure an item is in stock?
A: As you shop, we`ll let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on out of stock. If the item is out of stock, you will not be able to order it, but you can sign up for an e-mail alert when it becomes available. You’ll automatically receive an email when the item is back in stock and available to ship.

Your initial contact information was entered when you first opened your Bake Your Imagination account. Your account can be updated as needed to include additional information and a detailed profile.

  3. Make any changes that are necessary.
  4. When complete, click the Save button.
